Tanto – Kashu Ju Fujiwara Kiyomitsu – Eisho – 1504

This particular blade was made by a sword smith from Kaga Province,  named Fujiwara Kiyomitsu,  around 1504. It still has the mounts and silk sword bag from that era. It has  Kanteisho papers as well as a letter from the 1948 Japanese antiques dealer in Kyoto Japan attesting to these facts. DSCN0054 DSCN0055 DSCN0056
